Regal in liquidation

by isleofman.com 13th March 2013

The future of a Braddan company and its 14 employees is uncertain after it went into liquidation last week.

Regal Aluminium, which is based on the Snugborough Trading Estate and supplies conservatories, windows and doors, hit trouble last Friday.

Brown Craine accountants, headquartered in Douglas, have been made provisional liquidators and a creditors’ meeting could be held as early as next week.

Although some expressions of interest for the business have been received, it’s not yet known whether it might be sold as a going concern.
