Local IT services provider Skanco Business Systems Ltd hosted an ‘IT Showcase’ at The British on Thursday afternoon (21st January).  The event saw over sixty attendees from local companies engage with UK based specialists to discuss a broad range of products.

The global vendors represented at the event included world software leader Microsoft, hardware specialist HP, network and cloud specialists Citrix and Huawei, virtualisation and replication providers VMware and Veeam, and software and security leader Symantec.

Guests, who covered a wide variety of sectors from financial to manufacturing to eGaming took this rare opportunity to speak to specialists on available solutions and how they could meet particular business needs.  In addition to one-to-one discussions, which dominated the schedule, Huawei and Microsoft had live demonstrations of their products.
