Tracey joined Moore Stephens in 2011 after a long career in tax that included working in HMRC and now has developed a speciality in offshore taxation. She also regularly provides tax commentary to Manx Radio and supports local business by presenting on the basic principles of taxation at the Small Business Start Up Scheme courses run through the Department of Economic Development.
