The next eClub event will offer everyone in the Manx eGaming industry the chance to meet in an informal setting, the week before many of them travel to ICE Totally Gaming, the annual exhibition for offline and online gaming in London. The January eClub will be held from 6pm on Wednesday 30th January, directly after the Government’s pre-ICE briefing, which is scheduled for that afternoon.
Anyone and everyone involved in eGaming on the Island are invited to attend. The party will be held at the Courthouse Club in Douglas and will feature an ‘icy’ theme. Attendees will also have the opportunity to win a bottle of Champagne, courtesy of the hosts.
A leading Trust & Corporate Service Provider, Equiom, has kindly agreed to sponsor the event for the second year running. Caroline Ashley, Marketing Manager at Equiom, commented on the upcoming event: “We are incredibly lucky to have such a close-knit community within the Manx eGaming community, so it makes sense that we make the most of that by meeting regularly in an informal setting like the eClub. Equiom has an international reach but we are headquartered on the Isle of Man and believe in supporting and promoting our outstanding eGaming cluster as best we can. We were delighted with the success of last year’s Equiom sponsored eClub event and look forward to repeating the experience and look forward to seeing both new and old faces on the night for the first big party of the New Year “.
The eClub is a social meeting place for anyone involved in eGaming on the Isle of Man or those with an interest in the sector. The initiative was started by KPMG and Continent 8 Technologies to bring the growing number of people working in the sector together in one place and start building lasting relationships. As well as providing a social venue, the eClub party also gives colleagues and friends the opportunity to chat informally about ideas and issues within eGaming on the Island.
