New Associates Strengthen Appleby Isle of Man Team

Appleby (Isle of Man) LLC is pleased to announce the admission of Camilla Griffiths and Mark Emery to the Isle of Man Bar.

Mark joined Appleby as a trainee in 2011 after successfully completing his studies at the University of Leicester and the Nottingham Law School. He will join Appleby’s litigation and insolvency department specialising in a broad range of litigation matters including contract disputes, mortgage debt recovery, debt collection and general commercial litigation, property disputes/ repossession, possessory title applications and boundary disputes.

Camilla will practice in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial department in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She has assisted with various corporate transactions, legal due diligence and with the provision of regulatory advice. She joined Appleby in September 2010 after completing her legal studies at the University of Keele and the College of Law, Chester.
