THE man responsible for running Iceland’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs will be the guest speaker at the next meeting of Euroclub in a weeks time. As Permanent Secretary of State, His Excellency Gunnar Snorri Gunnarsson is the highest-ranking civil servant in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, which advises the Icelandic Government on all aspects of foreign policy. He will be speaking to Euroclub on Thursday March 9 at the Mount Murray Hotel (6.30pm for 7pm).
