Cats at risk?

Are our domestic cats at risk from bird flu?

According to experts at Cat Protection, the answer is no.

In the last few days a dead cat has tested positive for the H5N1 virus in Germany.

But Head of Veterinary Services Beth Skilling says its thought the feral cat was in close contact with infected birds, and possible ate their carcasses.

She says pet owners here needn't be alarmed:
