Nasty and spiteful – that’s how the Peel MHK Hazel Hannan has described Section 38, at the end of a week in which the House of Keys voted to remove it from the Sexual Offences Bill.
A successful amendment by Mrs Hannan at the clauses stage, means it's no longer illegal for public bodies to promote homosexuality.
