ASBO question

Only two Anti Social Behaviour Orders have been served on the Island since their introduction in 2001.

The figure was supplied by Home Affairs Minister John Shimmin in the Keys this morning in response to a question from North Douglas MHK John Houghton (pictured).

Mr Shimmin said both ASBO's had been on the application of Braddan Commissioners, and they were seen very much as a last resort:
