The Icelandic Secretary of State in their Foreign Ministry was delayed in getting to the Isle of Man last night and was unable to give his scheduled address to the Euro Club
His Excellency Gunnar Snorri Gunnarsson, the highest-ranking civil servant in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, took longer than expected arriving from Iceland and had to address his remarks to members of the club late in the evening.
He's due to meet government officials and other members of the Council of Ministers today as his visit continues.
