A Port Erin man accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm on another man will appear in court today (Friday).
Alan Clucas from New Castletown Road pleaded not guilty when he appeared in court charged with the offence on Timothy Davenport-Roberts last August.
Today, a date is due to be fixed for a pre-trial review.
