Shooters in good form on the eve of Commonwealth Games

by isleofman.com 14th March 2006
The Commonwealth Games swings into action tomorrow, with the opening ceremony being televised from about nine in the morning.

Competition proper starts on Thursday, but the shooters have been taking part in a warm up event.

The Badge Shoot gives an indication of form and who might be in line for a medal.

On Monday, David Walton finished 5th in the Olympic Trap, and earlier today, David Clague
tied third in the Olympic Skeet.

Unfortunately, he lost the play-off and finished 4th.
