Mark Kelly was the highest finishing Manx cyclist in the track points race. He rode a strong race, but fell behind the leaders towards the end and ended up 5th.
Mark Cavendish performed well in the sprints and finished 11th, and 17 year old Jonathon Bellis who was the youngest cyclist in the race, was 13th.
The ladies bowls pairing of Pauline Kelly and Maureen Payne lost their 100% record losing 2-1 to Wales and 2-0 to Jersey.
There were some impressive performances in the swimming pool. Emily Crookhall Nixon broke the minute barrier in the 100m freestyle, Olivia Rawlinson set a new Island record of 1m 8.68 seconds when finished 19th out of 26 in the 100m backstroke and Adam Jackson broke the Island record in the 100m breaststroke 1m 10.8seconds
And finally gymnast Alex Hedges has made the men's final after being promoted from the reserves.
It's after a Canadian was dropped down for only completing 5 of the 6 apparatus.
