Sheep and beef farmers may recognise that description - from Middle MHK Martyn Quayle - of the Isle of Man Meat Plant.
Charges levied by the plant are increasingly blamed for the high cost of meat in the Island - and are seen as harming the future prospects of the farming industry.
In a question to Tynwald today, Mr Quayle will ask whether the government can assist the meat producers, to make Manx meat more competitive.
That is seen as vital when import restrictions are removed in just five years time.
