Crosby Norton could disappear

The Crosby Hotel is set to lose its centre piece.

A 67 year old Manx Grand Prix Bike is set to be sold to a UK buyer for ?20,000.

The current owner, Lynn Nixon, says that following a period of ill health she can’t afford to turn down the offer, but would rather sell it to a Manx resident so it could stay on the Island.

The Norton was restored by Ramsey man John Flood who owned it for forty years. It has been sitting in a glass case in the famous pub on the TT course for over twenty.

Mrs. Nixon says the 350 has a lot of history behind it:
