Next month will see the publication of a design guide for Peel’s East Quay, according to Local Government Minister, John Rimington (pictured). He faced a question in Tynwald from Peel MHK Hazel Hannan asking whether the guide would be published. Giving a written answer, Mr Rimington said after public consultation the guide has now been finalised and can be published as supplementary planning guidance. But he added his department will submit the document to Tynwald’s April sitting.
