Chief Executive Officer's concern over loneliness among the elderly

The new Chief Executive Officer of Age Concern in the Isle of Man hopes to put the charity on the map. There are a total of 954 charities and trusts on the Island and Penny Creighton is aiming to put her's in the top five.
