Sirens to be tested

by isleofman.com 1st April 2006
The Island's public warning siren system will be tested this morning (Saturday).

It’s a routine quarterly test.

All 31 sirens around the Island will be set off at 11am.

During this time people will hear a steady wailing sound.

An all-clear siren will then be sounded for 15 seconds.
