Progress appears to have been made in the ongoing dispute over the cost of nursing home care in the Isle of Man.
The Health Minister Steve Rodan has reached agreement with the Nursing Home Association to defer any price rises until the first of July at the earliest.
That will allow time for the Office of Fair Trading to carry out its inquiry into rising charges.

The issue has become both emotive and political with Mr Rodan asking nursing home managers to reconsider proposed price hikes to ?695 per week.
In a statement issued last night both parties agreed charges would be pegged at ?640 until July, at seven of the Island's main nursing homes.
Mr Rodan described the meeting as positive, with broad agreement on the way forward.
The statement says the DHSS and the nursing homes association believe the OFT inquiry will be of value.
Its terms of reference - how charges are decided and whether they're fair and reasonable - have now been agreed.
