Sex Offenders Bill

There is no danger of the Sex Offenders Bill 'demonising' paedophiles.

The Bill, which had its third and final reading approved in the House of Keys earlier this week, was brought forward by North Douglas MHK John Houghton (pictured).

He says fears expressed by Rushen MHK Quintin Gill - that the Bill could whip up public hysteria on the issue - are ill founded:
