A 19 year old woman who possessed cannabis resin has been fined ?350 by the High Bailiff.

Jenna Colins of Lhennarg Park, Douglas, admitted the offence.

They found 4.6 grammes of cannabis resin in the defendant's possession.

Her advocate said the defendant had it for her own use but was not a regular user.
