The scheduled visit of heptathlete Kelly Sotherton has been postponed.
England’s number one was due to be a guest at this evening’s Commonwealth Games ‘Welcome Home’ dinner being supported by Sleepwell Hotels, one of her sponsors.
But following a CT scan yesterday on a back injury sustained in Melbourne, where she won a gold medal, Kelly has been advised to undergo further tests and consultations.
It’s hoped the visit can be rearranged.
