Binford charges

A company charged with selling medicinal products in breach of a licence, licence regulations, and evading restrictions on the importation of drugs, has been committed to a court of General Gaol Delivery.

The drug concerned was testosterone, with the trade name of Testogel.

Binford Pharmaceuticals Ltd. of 29/30 Athol Street, Douglas, is alleged to have committed the offences between March 2003 and April 2005.

Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
