MHK wants referendum on Legislative Council elections

Should the eight members of the Legislative Council be elected by the public or the politicians?

That is the question which will rear its head again in Tynwald later this month.

West Douglas MHK and former MLC Dominic Delaney (pictured) will ask for a referendum to be held on General Election Day in November to decide which approach to take.
