A prejudicial campaign at the expense of the Manx taxpayer – that’s the verdict of Rushen MHK Quintin Gill on the Department of Transport’s latest public consultation for an all-Island speed limit.
Less than a year after a similar programme found two thirds of views expressed were firmly AGAINST a limit, Mr Gill says the programme should be withdrawn.
