Manx Telecom DOES have a new owner, according to the chairman of the Communications Commission John Shimmin.
In the House of Keys this morning he confirmed MMO2, the owner of the Island’s telcom provider, had been bought by Telefonica.
Mr Shimmin explained the ownership structures to MHKs this morning.
