Legislative Council referendum call

There’s been a further call for the public to decide whether or not the Legislative Council is popularly elected.

In Tynwald in a fortnight’s time, West Douglas MHK Dominic Delaney (pictured) will seek support for a referendum to be held on the matter.

Mr Delaney wants it to take place during the General Election.... and believes it’s an issue that’s not going to disappear:
