Teams from all round the Island are being asked to get together to compete in 'It’s a Knockout Challenge'.
The competitions and races include inflatable obstacle courses.
The money raised will go to the Mighty Oak Appeal Two and the Isle of Man’s Children’s Centre.
It’s being hosted at Nivison Stadium in Onchan Park in July.
