Shock tactics in campaign

The Director of Highways has admitted using shock tactics in the adverts for the new speed consultation.

The Department of Transport has been accused of being one sided and using propaganda.

Road side banners, radio and magazine advertisements are encouraging the Manx public to fill out a questionnaires in support of a 60 mile an hour speed limit for derestricted roads.
