Camera Obscura re-opened for summer season

by isleofman.com 15th April 2006
A much-loved curiosity in its heyday, and the latest addition to the Island's unique collection of Victoriana, the Camera Obscura has re-opened for the summer season. It will be open to the public 11 o’clock and four pm today and tomorrow (Easter Monday). Manned by volunteers from the Victorian Society, it attracted more than 4,00 visitors last year. Case worker Peter Kelly believes it offers an insight to young and old alike.
