David versus Goliath in FA Cup Final

by isleofman.com 16th April 2006
Easter Monday afternoon's F.A. Cup Final at The Bowl is a true David versus Goliath affair.

Division Two giant-killers Pulrose meet Grand Slam chasing Laxey.

Pulrose nearly folded as a club before the start of the season, but fortunes have turned around.

Caretaker Manager Ally Wood is promising a positive approach from his young side:-

Laxey have already won the Railway Cup and are odds-on favourites to be crowned Division One Champions.

Manager Steve Moran says they are also keen to preserve their unbeaten record:-

The game kicks-off at 2 o'clock.
