Governor's title may not change after all

There could be a U-turn on moves to change the lieutenant governor’s title. A Tynwald committee which recommended calling him the Crown Commissioner has had a change of heart, saying full public consultation would be too expensive. The committee’s report will be considered by Tynwald when it sits later this month.
