MHK to investigate claims of a blacklist of Island care home staff

Care staff from private organisations in the Isle of Man are claiming they've been 'black-listed' and can no longer find jobs in the DHSS.
The claims are being investigated by North Douglas MHK Bill Henderson, who says experienced staff with good track records in the care field, are failing even to reach the interview stage when they apply for government jobs.
Mr Henderson fears a 'blacklist' is emerging for staff perceived as trouble-makers and based on the reputation of their former employers.
And despite denials form the DHSS, Mr Henderson says the evidence remains strong:
