The body of a swan , found in a Manx harbour, has been tested and cleared of any trace of avian flu.
The dead bird was spotted in Douglas harbour.
Officers from the Department of Agriculture recovered the body and sent it away for checking.
It was quickly given the all clear.
The government's chief vet, Eammon O Donnell (pictured), says they check all reports at once.
