Possible U-turn over Governor's title

There could be a heated debate in Tynwald next week over the ongoing debacle over the change of title for the Lieutenant Governor.
The court voted 19-11 last Autumn to change the title to Crown Commissioner, but it now seems likely there will be a U-turn.
The Constitutional Committee claims a meaningful consultation exercise would be too costly.
Manx Radio's senior political correspondent, David Callister, says a lot of questions seem unanswered.
