Bobbies on the beat to return to Castletown

by isleofman.com 19th April 2006
Bobbies on the beat are to be a familiar sight in Castletown once again.
That’s after last week’s announcement that Castletown police station is to be fully operational again from May the second.
The news has delighted MHK Tony Brown and the town's commissioners who voiced their concern after the main southern divisional headquarters was transferred to the new Port Erin station six years ago.
Inspector Paul Cubbon hopes it brings re-assurance to the public.
