A 23 year-old Onchan man is to become one of the youngest ever challengers to contest a Manx General Election.
Andrew Dossor has announced he will stand in the constituency in November.
A former student at Ashley Hill and Ballakermeen High Schools, Mr Dossor has a law and criminology degree and also spent two years as a human resources manager.
For the past 18 months, he’s worked for both 3 FM radio station and operated his own news service, covering the local political scene.
