Post office closures

by isleofman.com 21st April 2006
The post office will not renew the licenses for Brunswick Road and Ballabeg.

It means Brunswick Road will close its postal desk at the end of this month.

There is to be a comprehensive Island-wide review of postal outlets. This is due for completion in November.

A statement issued by Chairman Pam Crowe emphasises their duty to consider "the economic and efficient operation of the post office."
