Police are investigating what is described as an unprovoked attack on a 20 year old man.
It happened at around 3.30am yesterday morning (Sun 23rd) in Parliament Street, Ramsey, near to the junction with Christian Street.
The victim was punched about the head and body before the attack was stopped by two passers-by. He was then able to get away but was attacked again as he passed the building works on the Quay close to the junction with West Street, when he was punched and kicked to the floor.
