A man and a juvenile have been charged with robbery and assault.
It follows an incident in Ramsey in the early hours of Sunday morning.
It happened at around half past three around Parliament Street and Christian Street.
The man, who’s not been named, has been remanded in custody and the youngster will appear in court at a later date.
Police are calling it a very serious incident and are urging witnesses to come forward.
