Port Erin falls causes 'serious injuries'

Port Erin upper Promenade was closed this morning after a man fell from a window at the International Hotel School in Port Erin.

He has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The road was still closed at lunchtime (Thurs) from its junction with Marina Lane to, and including, Victoria Square as police investigated the incident, which happened at around 9.30am.

Police are asking any person who was in the area who may have witnessed anything, or anyone with information on the incident to get in contact with police headquarters on 631 212.
