Hundreds of copies of the controversial all-Island speed limit questionnaire have now been delivered to homes in Ramsey, more than week late. Around 500 households in one part of the town didn't receive the consultation questionnaire. A statement admitting the error has been jointly issued by the Department of Transport and the Isle of Man Post Office.
