Champions St. John's start Cricket season as favourites

by isleofman.com 28th April 2006
St. John's start the new Cricket season this weekend as favourites, after their clean sweep of the major trophies last summer.

They open with a home fixture at Mullen-e-Cloie against Castletown.

The two sides expected to challenge hardest, Cronkbourne and Crosby, meet in Saturday's top game at Tromode.

And another team in with a shout is Valkyrs who entertain Finch Hill at King William's College.
