League Champions Valkyrs A completed their league programme with yet another comfortable win – 5-2 against basement battlers Castletown A.
With one eye on Sunday’s cup final, Valkyrs rested a few players but still were too strong for Town.
And the club’s excellent day was completed when Valkyrs B sealed the men’s Division Two title.
In the title showdown, they clinched yet more silverware with a 4-3 success against Saracens, whose goals came from Paul Kelly, Ben Horan and Steve Cottier.
Saracens had led 1-0 at the break but an Ed Margot double and strikes from Clive Corster and Jonathan Hull helped the set the Valkyrs’ celebrations in full swing.
