Death by dangerous driving charges

A woman has appeared before the High Bailiff charged with two offences of causing death by dangerous driving.

Lyndsay Anne Bates of Cronk y Berry in Onchan appeared before High Bailiff Michael Moyle.

54 year old John Rowland Fieldhouse and his son, 24 year old Rowland, also known as Des, died in an accident at the Verandah on the Mountain Road on November 7th last year.

Bates was bailed until May 23rd.
