Inflation goes down.

Manx inflation has dropped below three per cent. Government figures put it as 2.9% in April, the lowest level since August 2003. Fares and travel costs topped the risers board in the month. But there will be concern about the effect rising fuel prices will have on future figures, as oil sits at record levels.
