Royal visitors to meet young Manx achievers

The Earl and Countess of Wessex will see for themselves the wide variety of skills young people have gained through the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.

They will present the Gold Award to 12 youngsters during tonight's celebrations.

A group of students from QE11 High School will welcome the royal couple in Manx.

Duke of Edinburgh Project worker in the Island Alison Crowe explains that's just the start of an exciting series of displays:
