Bio-fuel for Mann?

In the House of Keys this week, Onchan MHK Peter Karran asked if the Council of Ministers would set up a working group to investigate producing bio-fuels in the Isle of Man.

Rising world oil prices could make producing our own bio-fuels, like Ethanol from crops, an attractive alternative.

Environment Minister John Rimington says people ARE already taking the matter seriously:
