The Earl of Wessex has addressed representatives of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
At a lunch with the Executive Committee at the Villa Marina, Prince Edward talked about the Commonwealth, and how difficult it is to define.
He congratulated the Australian delegates on the success of the recent Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, and went on to speak about the Youth Games, which will be held in the Isle of Man in 2011 (audio file attached):
