No Minister for children

by isleofman.com 8th May 2006
There’s an informal Minister of Fun – but it doesn’t look like there’ll be a Minister for Children.

Chief Minister Donald Gelling says a recommendation from the childcare inquiry to set up a political post to look after the interests of youngsters will be followed.

Mr Gelling says there’s no obvious candidate to head up a Children’s Ministry.
